As a career counsellor, its her natural inclination to  interact with students and help them choose the best career pathway based on  their special skills, aptitude , personality and interest areas . 

She has been committed to guiding young minds towards a more meaningful and  enriching career exploration journey. With the growing teenage stress and career dilemma, Dr. Shruti Jain has taken it upon herself to spearhead a  movement where guidance and support can be provided to students from 9th to  12th graders , undergraduates, and postgraduates.

Overall, it is evident to her that no one student should be left and through her experience with providing guidance, it is possible for any student to attain success  no matter the obstacles are.
